Good news for East Baltimore residents. A programme that offers them an alternative to payday loans has got more cash to lend and it will also include more ZIP codes. The programme is called “Borrow and Save” and it makes low-interest loans. The one-year pilot of the programme has been extended to encourage residents to pay down debt and save money.
