After two years of hosting the program, Nick Cannon called quits to his New York City radio show.
On Friday, Canon said in a statement on the Website of 92.3 NOW that it would be his last day as the host of the show "Rollin." Canon said he made the move after his doctors advised him to reduce his professional commitments, and to get more rest.
The 31-year-old sent out a tweet yesterday that blood clots were found by doctors in his lungs. He was hospitalized in January after suffering from what wife, Mariah Carey, said was "mild kidney failure."
However, Cannon said that he will continue to be at the host mike of his syndicated weekend show, "Cannon's Countdown," adding that he will "look forward to contributing to 92.3 NOW whenever possible."
Carey and Cannon became parents to twins- a son Moroccan and a daughter Monroe- in 2011.
